I just finished writing a comedy play this week about this very subject. It is about the release of 4 men back into the wild, who have been rescued by the Udeval Centre for the Study and Rescue of Male Masculinities. Each of their keepers is a different stage of feminism. It is hard not to come to the conclusion that masculine and feminine are locked into a perpetual, but ultimately beneficial conflict that drives our evolution forward. JB Haldane wrote about beneficial conflicts in nature. It's nearly 100 years ago now, but our grand-parents knew a thing or two.

Hey Chris, that sounds like a fresh idea for a play. For radio or stage? What are your plans with it? Tell me more!

Hey, thanks so much for this encouragement. I really appreciate the push to write more. I’ve been a little put off by the febrile atmosphere that’s been emerging here on Substack. But your comments make me want to offer more. Thanks and all the same to you in return!
